First of all, your sex doll’s factory pictures and video are emailed for verification prior to shipping.
In-Stock Items
All in-stock items will ship between 2-7 business days after payment is received.
All Other Items
Any item that does not have “In Stock” in the product name will be custom-ordered. Here we list the shipping times of different shipping carriers.
The factory takes approximately 3-7 days to produce your custom order. Please be patient as we arrange shipping.
US & Canada Express: 7-15 days; European region Express: 14-21 days.
It’s an estimated delivery time. Exceptions may extend this time frame (like a Chinese holiday, snowstorm, rainstorm, or COVID-19, etc.)
WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?
We provide tracking for every order. Tracking will be available once your product is shipped.
If you don't receive your track number in your email within 3 days after a successful purchase, please contact us.

1.Normally, the local shipper deliveries package on workday( Mon. - Fri.), to ensure safe delivery of your parcel, so it is best for you to choose an address where you can receive package on workday as shipping address. It's best to keep your phone open during estimated time of arrival, because shipper might contact you via phone.
2.The shipping service we used is required to have the customer's signature for a successful delivery. So please make sure that you or your authorized person at shipping address. If we shipped to your shipping address and have a signature file, we do not take responsibility once the package is lost or stolen.

We offer free domestic & international shipping on all orders,except for the following two situations
1. Due to the buyer's delay in delivery or modify the address resulting from the cost of the buyer will bear this part of the cost.
